Train hard. Play smart. Love the game.
Braeden Gray is the driving force behind Windsor Elite Hockey Training. A lifelong hockey player and passionate coach, Braeden brings both personal experience and professional expertise to every training session.
Braeden’s journey in hockey is one of resilience and dedication. Growing up in Belle River, Ontario, he developed a deep love for the game early on, competing in local leagues and constantly pushing himself to improve. At just six years old, he suffered a serious right elbow injury that limited his range of motion — but instead of letting it hold him back, Braeden adapted. He switched to using his left hand for many skills, including playing hockey, turning what could have been a setback into a unique strength.
His perseverance and skill led him to play at the collegiate level for Adrian College, where he not only competed but also studied the game from a performance and strategic standpoint. While at Adrian, Braeden began working as a hockey trainer, helping athletes improve their skating, puck handling, shooting, and overall game awareness. Over the years, he’s trained players ranging from young beginners to competitive junior athletes.
Braeden’s coaching philosophy is simple: Every player has the potential to succeed with the right training, mindset, and support. He combines technical skill instruction, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation to give players a complete development program. Using video analysis and position-specific drills, he ensures each player gets personalized feedback and measurable progress.
Beyond the rink, Braeden is known for his approachable personality, motivational style, and genuine investment in his players’ growth. His own story of overcoming adversity inspires athletes to push past limitations and believe in what they can achieve.
Whether you’re chasing a dream of playing at a higher level or just looking to sharpen your skills, Braeden Gray has the knowledge, passion, and commitment to get you there.
